Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction drives every aspect of our returns policy:

 

7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns:

We want you to adore your purchase. If for any reason you have a change of heart, our 7-day change-of-mind return policy allows you to return your artwork within the specified timeframe for a store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue. Please note, custom-made artworks are exempt from this return option.

All returns must be in 'as new' condition and securely packaged in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
